Prepare your files in the order you want to read them, then use Merge PDF. Check the first and last pages in the downloaded copy. PDFs with interactive forms or signatures may not preserve those advanced properties.
Extract only the PDF pages you need
Use Split PDF to enter a sequence such as 1,3-5. It creates a new file with the selected pages, leaving the original unchanged. Use Remove PDF Pages if your aim is to delete specific pages instead.
Convert a photo collection into one PDF
Use Images to PDF to combine JPG or PNG files. Each image becomes its own page. This does not extract the words in the image or guarantee an A4 print layout.
Check JSON before sharing it with an API
Use JSON Formatter to validate syntax. For example, {"active":true} is valid JSON, but a missing double quote is not. Valid JSON still needs to match the receiving API's expected fields and types.
Compare two JSON configurations
When comparing versions of configuration data, use JSON Compare. It compares parsed values rather than indentation, helping you detect a changed setting even when the files are formatted differently.
Preserve IDs when converting CSV
CSV to JSON preserves field values as strings. This is useful for identifiers such as 00125 that must not lose leading zeros. Review the output if your CSV contains duplicate headings or irregular rows.
Choose the correct text utility
Use the Word Counter for length checks, Text Difference Checker to review revisions, and Case Converter for typography changes. Automatic changes are not substitutes for proofreading.
